In the old military training compound in Münsingen, technicians pushed a long cone pipe through the crown of a maple tree and fixed it there. The pipe was exactly inline with a chair that stands ready for visitors.

‚THE MÜNSINGEN HOLE‘ was realised for the biennial arts festival, INTERIM, 2013 in the Alte Lager Münsingen in the Swabian Alps, curated by Ulrike Böhme, Susanne Hinkelbein and Maren Scharpf.
